Along with site build we also undertake long term annuity contracts as Managed services. In the solar sector, Zamil Infra provides consulting, design, supply and build services for industrial and telecom solar projects. Abdulla Mohammed Al Zamil, Director
Abdulla M. Al Zamil is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial), Group Holding Company. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zamil Industrial in October 2009. He acted as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Zamil Industrial since January 2004. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Zamil Air Conditioners and Zamil Industrial's Shared Services. He started his professional career in 1987 with Zamil Air Conditioners as an Industrial Engineer and subsequently Vice President Sales & Marketing and Purchasing and Materials Management.
He holds a bachelor degree (BS) in industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, and an MBA in Finance and Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Abdulla Nawaf Director
Nawaf Al Zamil was appointed BPG Vice President after serving as general manager of Towers & Galvanizing division of Zamil Steel Industries in January 2008. Since July 2004 he was serving as General Manager of Zamil Glass Industries (ZGI). Prior to joining ZGI, he was Deputy General Manager for International Sales of the Pre-Engineered Buildings Business Unit in Zamil Steel in January 2003.
He joined Zamil Steel Industries in 1996 as a Purchasing Coordinator and in addition to this role was also promoted to Transport Manager in 1997, where he was in charge of the import and export of the company's raw materials and finished products. In 2000, he was promoted to the position of Purchasing Manager and was also the Purchasing Manager of Zamil Steel Egypt as well as Zamil Steel Vietnam. He holds a Business Administration (BA) degree from Clark University, Massachusetts, USA, and an Executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).

Osama Fahad Al Bunyan Director
Osama Bunyan was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Zamil Industrial in October 2009. He also assumes the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) of Zamil Air Conditioners.
Osama joined Zamil Air Conditioners in 1995 in charge of Material Management and was subsequently promoted to Executive Vice President, Zamil Air Conditioners. Over the years, Osama has brought tremendous strategic and operational expertise in turning around companies and in making the AC sector one of the high performance companies at Zamil Industrial.
He was also very instrumental in establishing clear management and organizational models in pursuing growth opportunities and in positioning Zamil Industrial towards sustainable profitable growth path. He has built up a unique and invigorating culture over the years, making Zamil Industrial a preferred choice for employees.
He is a Board member of Middle East Air Conditioners (MEAC), a joint venture between Zamil Industrial and General Electric (GE), as well as in other various Zamil Industrial operating companies, namely Ranco Zamil (Concrete Sector), Gulf Insulation Group (Insulation Sector), Zamil Steel India, Egypt and Vietnam.
He graduated in 1992 from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals with a BS degree in Industrial Management.

Vivek Gupta Director
Vivek is the Chief Executive Officer of Zamil Infra since 2009, and is a member of the Board of Directors. A telecommunications veteran with over two decades of experience in the industry; Vivek has led several management roles successfully to his credit while working with IBM, Ericsson and other multinationals. Vivek’s sales track record of US$ 6.5 Billion is a testimony of his strong sales acumen, in his previous roles.
During his stint at IBM, he was nominated as IBM (IBM, Fortune 500)'s top salesperson.
An Oxford and INSEAD alumni, he has been active in sharing his knowledge to the young aspirants in India. Vivek is a visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore educating the students on “Outsourcing and Major Deal- Making”, “Risks, Benefits and Challenges in Global IT outsourcing”, “Role of Value Creation in IT Outsourcing” etc.

Ramesh Awtaney Director
Mr. Ramesh is the Managing Director of Zamil Infra. He is a (ex) seasoned MNC executive who turned entrepreneur in early 2009.
Previously, Ramesh has served global technology majors like IBM, Ericsson, and ABB in ASEAN/APAC region in his career. During these years he implemented and executed several path-breaking business ideas. He achieved the distinct track record of contracting US$ 10 Billion of business in the last 10 years of working. He developed IBM’s Communication Sector in APAC with a 5000+ resources and had earlier played a similar role for Ericsson. Known for his proven acumen in conceptualizing and implementing high value transformational and ‘out-of- the-box’ deals, he pioneered the IBM-Bharti IT Outsourcing deal that was completed on a Revenue Share basis for the first time – this went on to become one of the most successful business model of the World’s largest IT company.
